A MAN has been accused of a series of assaults against a woman.
Sean Williams, 29, of Ger Ty Mawr in Carway, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with seven offences.
Williams was alleged to have assaulted and strangled the complainant on March 12, as well as damaging hair straighteners worth £120.

He was further accused of assaulting by beating relating to alleged incidents against the same woman on April 1 and August 25.
The defendant was charged with two additional offences of criminal damage after allegedly damaging a door handle on June 29 and a door frame on August 6 – both of which belonged to the same complainant.
The case came before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on August 29, and was sent to Swansea Crown Court.
Williams was remanded in custody, and will appear to enter his pleas on September 30.
