The All Wales Ploughing and Hedging Championships was held in the Towy Valley last Saturday (September 28).
The event at Derimoelion farm in Dryslwyn featured 14 ploughing classes for modern, vintage and horse drawn ploughs.
It also included the highly anticipated 5 Nation Ploughing Championship between Wales, England, Scotland and Ireland.
Other attractions at the event included hedge laying competitions, fencing competitions, a craft fair, dog show, a mini-digger challenge and musical entertainment from the inimitable Welsh Whisperer.
Ireland claimed the bragging rights in the 5 Nation Championships with Kilkenny's Brian Ireland and Frank Cullen from Wexford clinching top spot.
Rhodri and son James saw further success in the Welsh Championship taking first and third places respectively in the semi-digger class.
Rhodri went on to claim the top spot as overall Welsh Championship with James reserve champion.
