Hywel Dda University Health Board has announced its support for Baby Loss Awareness Week.
Taking place from October 9 to 15, the week is held to recognise and remember babies who have died, and to support those affected, including parents, families, friends, and healthcare staff.
The week will conclude with the global Wave of Light event.
Battery-operated blue and pink lights will be placed in the chapels and quiet rooms of all acute hospitals throughout the week.
Two events have been organised to bring people together in memory of the babies.
On Thursday, October 10, at 4.30pm, a short ceremony will be held at Parc Howard, Llanelli, where fresh flowers will be placed on the memorial stone dedicated to babies who died too soon.
The first part of the service will take place in the entrance foyer of Parc Howard Museum due to weather uncertainties.
Parking is limited within the park, so it is recommended to use Parc Howard Avenue.
A remembrance service will take place on Tuesday, October 15, at Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth, at 6.30pm.
Bereaved parents, families, and friends are invited to join the global Wave of Light event.
A short service will be held in the chapel, followed by the lighting of a candle at 7pm.
For those unable to attend the events, messages can be forwarded to loved.forever.hdd@wales.nhs.uk.
