AN AMAN Valley man has been held in custody after he was caught with a kitchen knife in Ammanford.
Mark Tomilinson, 58, of Gerymanwydd in Ammanford, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with three offences.
Tomilinson was alleged to have had a kitchen knife on High Street on February 2, and was also accused of using or threatening unlawful violence which would have caused a person of reasonable firmness to fear for their personal safety.
The defendant was further charged with having assaulted a police officer in Ammanford a few days beforehand, on February 12.
