THESE defendants have had their cases heard in court recently.
The four defendants were charged with criminal damage, drug-driving, driving without insurance, and failing to provide a sample for analysis.
Their cases were heard at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.

Here’s a round-up of the cases.
JONATHAN MORGAN, 33, of Tyn Y Bonau Road in Pontarddulais, has been banned from the roads after being caught drug-driving.
Morgan was driving a Honda Civic on Gelli Road in Llanelli on March 5. When tested, he recorded having 124 micrograms of benzoylecgonine – the main metabolite of cocaine – per litre (µg/L) of blood.
He pleaded guilty to drug-driving at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 3, and was disqualified from driving for a year.
Morgan was fined £120, and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £48 surcharge.
ANTHONY EVANS, 61, of Kew Gardens in Upper Tumble, pleaded guilty to criminal damage.
Evans was accused of causing damage worth £140 to a glass pane on a front door at an address in Kew Gardens on February 16.
After pleading guilty, Evans was sentenced to a one-year community order at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 3. As part of this, he must complete 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Evans was ordered to pay an £80 fine, £85 in costs, a £114 surcharge and £140 in compensation.
He was also made the subject of a two-year restraining order.
MAHDI ASSEBAB, 20, of Dantwyn Road in Pontarddulais, was caught driving without insurance.
Assebab was driving a Renault Clio on Heol Y Parc in Hendy on January 16 without a valid insurance policy.
The defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined £120 at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 2.
Assebab must also pay £110 in costs and a £48 surcharge, and was also hit with six penalty points.
RICHARD ROBINSON, 43, of Manmoel Road in Manmoel, Caerphilly, refused to take a breathalyser test when required.
Robinson was stopped by police at Pont Abraham on September 14. It was alleged that he had been driving a vehicle and when, during the course of an investigation, failed to provide a specimen for analysis.
He pleaded guilty at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 1 and was banned from driving for three years.
Robinson was fined £200 and was ordered to pay £85 in costs and an £80 surcharge.
