A MAN smashed a pub window in Ammanford and smeared blood on the window of a woman’s home nearby.
Steven Jones, 43, of Gwynfryn in Ammanford, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with two offences of criminal damage.
It was alleged that Jones smashed a window at the Great Western pub on September 3.
He was also accused of smearing blood on the window of a woman’s home on Station Road that same date.

He pleaded guilty to both offences on October 3 and was sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge.
Jones was ordered to pay £100 in compensation to the owner of the pub and £50 to the woman, and must also pay £85 in court costs and a £26 surcharge.
