A PONTARDDULAIS man has been found not guilty of sexual assault.
Paul Thomas, 39, of Heol Y Coed, had been accused of touching a woman without her consent at an address in the Townhill area of Swansea on December 22.
He denied a charge of sexual assault, and had been due to stand trial on February 3.

Thomas returned to Swansea Crown Court on October 18, where the Crown Prosecution Service offered no evidence against him.
The judge entered a formal not guilty verdict, and the trial in February has been vacated.
