Carmarthenshire County Council are searching for a tenant to take over a kiosk in Carmarthen town centre for 12 months.
Kiosk 2 is a glass front kiosk with a retail space of approximately 10 square metres and has a rent value of £30 per week.
The kiosk is suitable for a range of businesses and the chosen tenant would need to supply the fit out of the retail space.
Carmarthenshire County Councils Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Leisure, Culture and Tourism, Cllr Hazel Evans said:
“The kiosk space that is available in Carmarthen is in a prime location in the town centre, which sees significant footfall, especially on market days and at the weekend.
“This offer should be attractive to business of any size that could benefit from such a space to conduct their business.”
Applications will primarily be considered on the basis of proposed use and suitability from a regeneration perspective.
Applications close on Friday 1 November at midday.
