A series of community events are being held by the Carmarthen division of a first aid charity.
The St John Ambulance Cymru division is holding the events in order to help people, as well as to raise funds to continue their work in the community.
There will be winter warm hubs held over the coming months, with further dates to be announced, and a darts competition will be held at Towy Sports Bar on Saturday, November 2.
People can also come together at the building after the Carmarthen Remembrance Day Parade on Sunday, November 10, between 12pm and 4pm, with free refreshments and a quiet room for reflection.
Sion Llewellyn-Betts, a volunteer with the charity, said: "We are once again opening our doors to the community to provide a warm safe space and everyone is welcome.
"We would like to thank all the businesses and groups in the local community for their support."
