A TEENAGE motorcyclist was caught riding without a helmet and whilst disqualified.
The 17-year-old – who cannot be named due to their age – appeared in the dock charged with four motoring offences.
It was alleged that the teenager riding a 600cc Suzuki Bandit on Dyffryn Road whilst disqualified and without insurance on July 8.
They were also accused of riding without any protective headgear.
Upon inspection, it was also found that the bike also had a bald front tyre.

The teenager, from the Ammanford area, pleaded guilty to each of the offences at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 22.
They were sentenced to an 18-month conditional discharge and had six points added to their licence. They must also pay £85 in costs.
