A special celebration concert to mark the success of the campaign to keep Llansadwrn School open has been hailed as a great success and raised over £900 for school funds.
Speaking after the event Dr Christine Jones, Chair of the governors said, "As well as raising valuable funds for the school it was an opportunity to say thank you to everyone who supported the campaign to keep the school open.
"The fact that tickets sold out so quickly shows how important the school is to the community and we hope that we will be here for many years to come."
The concert, held at the Sexton’s Arms, starred leading Welsh folk singer, Heather Jones.
