JAMIE Davies scored a dramatic late winner to steal a superb win for Ammanford after a rousing fight-back.
Johnstown took an early lead when Nathan Griffiths and Steffan Phillips collided leaving the centre forward in to score from close range.
The remainder of the first half saw both sides miss good chances.
Shortly after the restart a defensive scramble saw Chris Fitzgerald given half a chance, which the striker duly took to equalise.
Midway through the half Johnstown regained the lead when poor marking at a corner saw the Ammanford defence flat-footed to let the Johnstown forward in to head home.
Shortly afterwards a goalkeeping error let in Johnstown to score their third.
With ten minutes left it looked as if Ammanford were heading for defeat - and then began an unbelievable fightback.
Jamie Davies took a long throw aiming at Ryan Stephens in the six-yard box. However, an interception from the Johnstown centre-half saw the ball deflected into his own net.
Ammanford now began to show more fight and another goal followed five minutes later when a cross from Joel Foster was neatly put away by the oncoming Chris Fitzgerald to level the scores.
With the referee checking his watch, Jamie Davies was put clear with a superb through ball by Sean Mangan and the striker showed great composure to complete the move to put Ammanford in the lead for the fist time in the match and that's how it stayed until the final whistle. What a finish!
