HERE are the public notices that were placed in the South Wales Guardian on August 3.
Planning application
A planning application has been submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council by Elizabeth McGill to carry out minor alterations to remove a modern lightweight partition between the kitchen and bathroom areas, reducing the bathroom to create a cloakroom.
The plans also include refurbishing the external stone access steps and install a traditional balustrade and gate to landing.
The work relates to 3 Bank Place, Llandeilo.
The application can be viewed online at www.carmarthenshire.gov.uk/planningapplications and any comments on the application - which is in respect of a listed building notice due to being in a conservation area – must be made before August 24.
Comments can be made via the link above or by emailing planningconsultations@carmarthenshire.gov.uk or writing to Planning Services, Civic Offices, Crescent Road, Llandeilo, SA19 6HW.
