A PLANNING application for the change of use and listed building consent has been submitted to Carmarthenshire County Council.
The application – reference PL/05278 - was submitted by Dylan Rees for a change of use and listed building consent for repairs and adaptation of the Mill.
The plans include the adaptation of the Mill into a multifunction building with associated access for all at The Old Mill, King’s Road, Llandybie, according to the notice placed in the South Wales Guardian public notices section on February 1 by the council.
The building is Grade II listed.

If making a representation by the latter two options, the reference for the planning application must be included.
The deadline for representations is February 22, 2023.
