Finalised details have been submitted for the forthcoming 11th Annual Gwendraeth Valley Country Music Festival, organised as on past occasions by Gareth Lloyd Williams, but unfortunately this year, due to circumstances entirely beyond his control, the event has been shortened to two dates instead of the usual fiveand these are set as follows: Friday night (June 21) to commence at 8pm, doors open at 7pm and on Saturday night (June 22) to commence at 7pm with doors open from 6pm- both events are to take place at Tumble Hall premises.
The confirmed Guest Artistes over the two days are: Bobby Jones, Calibre (duo party), Huw Evans, Mike Denver with other possible guest artistes pending.
The adopted Country Music Anthem - “The American Trilogy” - will be enacted at the close of the festival on the Saturday evening courtesy of Bobby Jones and guests.
It has been stated and in fact encourages that should attending patrons wish to display authenticity to the Festival in their decision to wear County-styled Apparel to the events, they will bewarmly welcomed to do so.
Food will be available at the venue during both events.
Tickets plus all other details are available from Gareth on (01269) 842658.
