BIRTHDAY NEWS - Celebrating her 82nd birthday today (August 28) is Mrs Gracie Jones, formerly of Neuadd Road, Gwaun cae Gurwen, now having moved to Caernarfon, North Wales.
AMMAN VALLEY TROTTING CLUB - The next Harness Racing meeting (Mid Wales) will be this Saturday (August 31), from 1.30pm.
TAIRGWAITH SENIORS - The Tairgwaith Senior Citizens branch will resume, following the summer break, on Monday, September 9.
