Cwmtawe comprehensive school, Pontardawe pupils were successful again this year at the Urdd Eisteddfod finals in Pembrokeshire.
Eve Jones (year 7) and Gareth Thomas (year 9) succeeded in getting through to the finals, but unfortunately both missed out on prizes.
Jordan Lewis (year 8) won third place in the Junior Woodwind, Miranda Lewis (year 11) won second place in the senior woodwind and Cwmtawe's Junior Ensemble came second place in the years 7, 8 and 9 ensemble competition.
