AMMANFORD PENSIONERS' CHAT - On Wednesday, October 2, chair thanked all those who helped the previous week to make such a successful party. She welcomed back Mattie after her recent sad loss and announced a new member had joined from Garnant.
She also thanked those who had decorated the hall for our harvest thanksgiving. The service was taken by the Rev Alan Maunder, vicar of Cwmaman. His sermon and psalm reading were well received and the hymns were sung with gusto.
The time he had taken to attend our service is very much appreciated.
This week, October 6, we have our ever popular bingo session.

AGM - AMMANFORD AFC will hots its annual general meeting at the cricket club, Ammanford park on Monday, October 21 at 7.15pm.
All players, members and supporters of the club are asked to make every effort to attend.
The club would also like to welcome anyone who is interested in becoming a member of the club committee or wishes to offer their help or support in any other way. The club has Welsh league, Carms league, youth, junior, girls and mini-football teams.
