Llandybie's young stars of the future received a double dose of inspiration from the heroes of the present at the weekend.
As part of the club's junior recruitment drive ahead of the new campaign, young players enjoyed a special training session with Scarlets stars Rhodri Williams and Emyr Phillips.
Rugby players ranging from seven all the way to 13 received top tips, training advice and a fun workout from scrum-half Williams and hooker Phillips.
The Scarlets stars were given a tough test as all the young players looked to show off their skills.
All the youngsters thoroughly enjoyed the day and are already looking forward to the season ahead.
Llandybie RFC juniors currently run side at U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13 and U14 level.
The club is always on the look at for hot new talent and welcomes all youngsters - boys and girls - to come along and take part.
So with the new season on the doorstep, sign up and get involved.
