Ammanford travelled the short distance to the Amman to play their first league game of the season away from home.
Amman Utd went ahead through the first penalty of the game, but the visitors claimed the first try through second row Arwel Mathias.
The second was scored out wide by winger Martin Davies, followed by another by centre Dan Williams.
Ammanford added a fourth through scrum-half Steffan James.
Full-back Robert Williams touched down the fifth before the Amman had their first try right on the half-time whistle to make it 27-10 to Ammanford at the break.
Early in the second half, Ammanford winger Martin Davis scored his second try, and he did not have to wait long to get his hat trick, scoring out wide once again.
Arwel Mathias added his second to make it 44-10 to the visitors.
United scored the next only for Ammanford to reply once again when Steffan James scored his second try.
At 17-51 Amman Utd made the score look more respectable by scoring the last two tries of the game.
In all, Ammanford scored nine tries for the first time this season, passing the half century mark.
