THE foundations for this win could have been layed by Dai Julian himself. this committed and open local derby was graced by an opener of true class.
Deadly' Delash Patel lined up the target from fully 30yards out and rocketed an inch perfect drive that created scorch marks in the top corner of the net. a truly fitting way to end an explosive half of football.
Bryn were on top throughout the half, although the ageing Cwm defence was marshalled well by Craig broken ribs' Williams who put all of his 40 plus years of footballing experience to good use.
The second half was spiced up further by a strong wind that made the conditions harder for both sides.
Mark big daddy' Walters denies that it was due to a curry he ate on friday night. the game seemed to turn in Bryn's favour half waythrough the second half when Cwm forward gareth shy boy' Shell was sent off for questioning the referee's parentage.
This seemed to spur on Cwm who levelled within minutes when a questionable through ball was finished clinically by the cwm forward.
Bryn forced the game and worked hard to score the winner. pushing hard from defence was the impressive Rhodri Titch' Thomas, while Matthew Partially Sighted' Preston did his best to gift Cwm a winner with an insane piece of non-skill inside his own six yard box, which he fortunately remedied.
Inevtably Phil Faster than the speed of light' Eady rescued all three points for Bryn with a deft header late on.
Bryn would like to thank match sponsor Julian Edwards of Flat Glass Construction (01269 826960).
