Tumble completed the double over their lowly visitors in this lacklustre performance.
The Magpies pack was a little rusty during the first quarter and this, aided by some illegal play in ruck and maul by their visitors, led to Steven Hewitt kicking a penalty after nine minutes play.
Rhodri Jones was solid with ball in hand from the No 8 position but too often his breaks and those of flankers Dominic Brettle and Garry Williams were not supported at the breakdown.
In the lineout, Hefin Dumbrill was again providing a stream of good ball from the pinpoint accuracy of hooker James Jones, but still Tumble couldn't penetrate.
A speculative hoof upfield by Trimsaran saw Tumble knock on and Trimsaran took advantage to cross over.
Tumble's front row of Matthew Evans, Jones and Clive Morgan were beginning to create problems and, with ball being secured, stalwart scrum half Nick Bailey made an break into the visitors 22.
Constant infringing saw the yellow card come out and Tumble won the lineout from the ensuing penalty and were able to drive over for a try by Garry Williams, Hewitt added the extras.
Again, Dumbrill was winning ball with ease and, from a lineout in the visitor's 22, Jeremy Davies made the break in midfield for outside half Cerith Humphries to score.
Rhodri Jones ran the ball back from the restart and with Gareth Jones in support, made good metres into Trimsaran territory, who were penalised and Hewitt kicked another three-pointer.
Minutes later and with Trimsaran's backs rushing up onto Hewitt, his deft kick over the attackers gave diminutive winger Gareth Jones the chance to hack the ball and dive over for a score in the corner.
Soon after, Tumble were awarded a penalty, Dumbrill drove at the defence and, with forwards in support, the maul went over for a delighted Kenny Jones to score the final try.
