VISITORS Llangefni needing the three points to finish in second place came up against an Ammanford XV who again had to make late replacements to their starting XV.

Llangefni finally took advantage of a poor Ammanford clearing kick when outside half Mathew Parry gathered and went over near the posts, his conversion making the score 7-0.
Without player coach Aled Griffiths, Ammanford's pack were under pressure for the first time this season in the scrums, and were outjumped in the line out by the bigger Llangefni outfit.
The visitors were also looking dangerous behind, and the next try came when Parry sent his three quarters running. Prop Gareth Pawson was finally sent in for the second try and a deserved 12-0.

Ammanford were now matching Llangefni up front, Number Eight Chris Jones was proving a handful to the Gefni defence, with the home side encamped inside the visitors 22m.
