LATE last month, the Derlwyn Arms Golf Society started its summer tour in sun-kissed Builth Wells.
With a turn out of 25 the day was a success, the golf was not too bad either.
Overall winner was Wynnie Mandela' Lewis, who also won the nearest to the pin and nearest to the BMW after unfortunately hitting one in the parking lot.
Second place for the day was Harry The Magpie' Evans and third place went to Keneth.
The longest drive award went to Chris Topper' Spowart after he hit a Tiger-esque drive of 130 yards downhill. Special mention goes to Mr Gary Gibala for completing all of two holes.
The Society would like to thank Mr Chris Spowart and Mr Dai Allan for their work and efforts in organising the day, as it was a complete success.
Also thanks is extended to the supporters who embarked on a beer tasting tour of Builth Wells led by Damion 666' SpowartStay tuned for the next round of the tour. Also taking part were D.Howell, E.Rogers, D.Dingle,L.Morgan, J.Morris, N.Jones Dai.W, G.Edwards and D.J.Edwards.
