A SPECTACULAR night of boxing takes place at Penygroes RFC this Friday.
Towy Valley ABC's big hope Ade Adebola returns to the ring after an injury lay-off.
Hopes are also high for a number of newcomers on the card.
Among them is Ishmael Wicks, who will be having his second fight on Friday. Gorslas' Jay McAndrew will also be entering the ring for the second time.
Also on the card is Glanaman fighter Steven Jenkins, who will be joined by Adam Wilcox from Drefach. Pontarddulais star Philip Francis is also on the card.
With such an impressive array of boxers on display, a superb show is expected and trainer Cas Davies insists his fighters will not disappoint.
"We've got a couple of youngsters on the card who I am expecting big things from," he said.
"And its great that Ade will be back in the ring after his lay-off.
"Hopefully he can progress now and really go for it."
The first fight starts at 8pm. Entry is £5 on the door.
