IT was derby delight for Penybanc RFC after a bruising encounter with near neighbours Pantyffynon RFC on Saturday.
Having won the away fixture 19-45 in November, The Tigers completed the double with a 27-10 home win in tricky conditions.
The home side ran in five tries – two from Tom Gale, and one each from Aled Rees, Steffan Lewis and Darren Jones.
Pantyffynon scored two unconverted tries, but were unable to close the scoreline.
Penybanc remain in 8th place in the WRU Admiral Men's National League Division 5 West Central table, while Pantyffynon remain at the bottom of the table in 11th place.
