Amman United clinched a crucial win with a last-minute penalty against Cefneithin.
The victory, at Cae Carwyn James, was thanks to returning player Ceri Jones, whose kick secured the win and lifted Amman off the bottom of the Division 3 West table.
Amman United scored three tries, two from Luc Rees, and one from Alun Lewis, with Lee Evans, the scrum half, adding two conversions and a couple of penalties.
Amman United are set to face Aberaeron at Cwmamman Park on Saturday, seeking to build on their winning momentum.
Amman Youth had a commanding 50-0 victory at home to Newcastle Emlyn Youth in the cup.
