Cardigan RFC ended Tycroes RFC's six-match unbeaten run with a last-minute 29-28 win.
Playing at King George VI Playing Field, the hosts delivered their best performance of the season.
Tycroes, who remain top of the WRU Admiral Division 3 West despite the defeat, scored three tries with scrum-half Cian Trevelyan scoring two and winger Jac Griffiths crossing for one.
Rhys Tench added the remaining points with two converted tries and three penalties.
Cardigan's Shaun Maynard was named man of the match.
Next weekend, Tycroes face Llangadog at Cae Gelli, while Cardigan travel to play Cefneithin.
