Ammanford's five-match home unbeaten streak was snapped by Caerau Ely in a 2-0 defeat.
The visitors clinched the victory with two second-half goals, as Ammanford marked Remembrance Day and celebrated the life of long-time supporter Lucille Rees.
Wyn Thomas made three changes from the team that lost to Pontypridd, with Adam Orme, Harrison Lewis, and Nich Arnold coming into the starting lineup.
Arnold had the best chance early on, striking a ball cleared to the edge of the box, only to see his effort saved by Exauce Dimonekene in the Caerau Ely goal.
In a first half of limited opportunities, the visitors had the better chances, with Brandon Griffiths hitting the crossbar with a free kick and Luke Martin making a stunning point-blank save.
The second half started in similar fashion, with few chances, until Oliver Redhead nodded in a cross from the left to give Caerau Ely the lead.
The introduction of Matthew Fisher and Adam Morgan added some needed energy to Ammanford's attack, with Fisher controlling the midfield.
However, despite improving after falling behind, a goalmouth scramble, easily collected by Dimonekene, was their only real chance as the game progressed.
The visitors secured their win with a second goal from Liam Bishop.
Assisted by Jack Turner, Bishop broke through the Ammanford defence and slotted the ball into the bottom corner, earning Caerau Ely a well-deserved three points.
