The Scarlets travel to the Scottish capital to take on Edinburgh Rugby on Friday evening with the home side looking to bounce back from a heavy defeat in round three.
With Edinburgh in a similar position to Scarlets only a week ago, needing a big home performance to get their season back on track, the Welsh region will be acutely aware of the challenge that lies ahead.
Head Coach Wayne Pivac said: "We fully expect them to go home and test their resolve and have pride in their jersey. We're preparing that way so we expect a challenge.”
Scarlets name Rob McCusker at eight in the only change to the pack with Rory Pitman moving to the replacement bench. Samson Lee makes a long awaited return after suspension and slots in on the replacements bench.
The only change to the backline, that collectively scored five tries against Benetton Treviso last week, is at scrum half with Aled Davies coming in for Gareth Davies who's unavailable for selection due to concussion.
Pivac went on to say: "We want to perform well on the road as well at home.
We're representing the people of the area and there were lots of disappointed people out there after Leinster. We needed a reaction (last weekend) and we got one.
"The challenge for our players now is to take the same attitude from the game against Treviso into the game against Edinburgh.”
