Division Three South West Brynaman 23 Pencoed 14 BRYNAMAN continued where they left off with a fine win over a committed Pencoed outfit.

Bryn hit back quickly with a penalty from Peter Thomas and this was followed with a try from flanker Joel Spurway who burst through the middle and scored under the posts.
Thomas converted.
As time wore on, Bryn began to get the better of the exchanges but they suffered a set back when flanker Mike Richards was sin binned.
Pencoed took advantage of the situation and scored another converted try after a smart interception, but again Bryn fought back strongly.
Thomas added two further penalties to edge Bryn into a 16- 14 lead.
The game was settled by way of a try from Stephan Rees after an excellent period of imaginative back play. This was converted by the reliable Thomas.
